You don't need a fixed 6-month project. Most of my clients work with weekly or monthly hours. Some just want to know they can call me when needed. No annual contracts, no surprises.
PL-600: certified as an enterprise architect
Not a diploma everyone has. It validates ability to design systems that scale and integrate with complex infrastructure. Most consultants have PL-200 or PL-300. If you're asking for technical advice, better from an architect.
