Today they have their own cloud infrastructure, digitalized factories with tablets, automated invoicing with AI Builder, and an autonomous internal team of 5 people. I continue as Trusted Advisor.
From 15 minutes per invoice to automated invoicing with AI
The invoicing team processed hundreds of documents manually — each taking about 15 minutes. Now AI Builder extracts data automatically, Quickbooks generates the invoice, and SAP syncs without human intervention. The team was reassigned to value-adding work.
Decision dashboards for Central Planning
Central Planning needed consolidated visibility on execution vs targets for weekly decisions. I designed the operational dashboards in Power BI that the team used as the primary tracking tool — completely replacing manual Excel reports.
From scattered data to a single analytics lake for executive leadership
Megaproject with data across dozens of sources — SAP, CRM, legacy systems, Excels. Every number could be interpreted differently depending on where you pulled it from. I implemented Microsoft Fabric as the central analytics lake, Report Builder for automated CEO reports, and Power Apps for board committee management.
