At a consulting firm, a sales rep sells you, a senior designs it, and a junior implements it and rotates every 3 months. Here I'm the architect, the implementer, and the one available afterward. If something breaks, I respond and fix it.

You don't need a fixed 6-month project. Most of my clients work with weekly or monthly hours. Some just want to know they can call me when needed. No annual contracts, no surprises.

PL-600: certified as an enterprise architect

Not a diploma everyone has. It validates ability to design systems that scale and integrate with complex infrastructure. Most consultants have PL-200 or PL-300. If you're asking for technical advice, better from an architect.

Initial conversation

We meet for 30 minutes on video. You tell me the challenge, what you've tried, and what constraints you have. If I can't help you well, I'll tell you.

We define the model

Fixed-scope project with clear deliverables, or continuous advisory with weekly or monthly hours. Most clients who start with a project transition to continuous advisory afterward.

We launch

Access to your Microsoft environment, calls when needed, regular retrospectives, and clear documentation. If the project grows and needs more hands, I coordinate.

What people usually ask me

How much do you charge?
$75 USD/hour. We define the model together: weekly hours, monthly hours, on-demand, or fixed-scope project. No fine print.
How do you manage large projects?
With clear phases, milestones, and retrospectives. My longest project has been running 18 months in continuous model. If additional hands are needed (design, legacy integrations), I coordinate it, but I maintain architectural responsibility.
Do you have availability?
Limited capacity by design. I prefer few well-served clients over many partial ones. Write me and let's see if it fits.
What happens when the project ends?
Most of my clients transition to continuous advisory: I manage the platform, supervise technical evolution, and solve what comes up. It's the model that generates the most long-term value.
Why Power Platform and not custom development?
Power Platform: 2-4 weeks. Custom development: 2-4 months. Plus, your internal team can evolve Power Platform without being tied to a consultant. That said, if your case needs something else, I'll tell you. I don't sell Power Platform for everything.
